- Heavy duty construction made of AISI-304 stainless steel.
- Machine made according to the European Directive 2006/42/CE.
- Croquettes and meatballs former by rolling starting with 2 (1FA02) or 4 (1FA04) dosing nozzles with synchronized pneumatic cutter to continuous vacuum stuffer. With metal belt conveyor 400mm wide and 800mm length, adjustable height 850-1150 mm.
- Connection to stuffer through food connector.
- Electrical Board included to be connected to stuffer Wight portioning (connector type Policlyp).
- Adjustment of meatball or croquette weight and production through stuffer with portioning.
- Interchangeable nozzle with different diameters of croquettes (20 – 40mm).
- Cutting through guillotine, pneumatically actuated.
- Security protection.
- Rolling shape to be defined depending on weight and final shape.
- Operated by motor reducer 0.18 KW.
- Timed injection of oil or water rolling.
- Production up to 150 croquettes/minute by nozzle depending on its shape and measure.
